Determination of vessel dimension at site with CMB by quantitative coronary analysis system (same case as demonstrated in Figure 1). A, Before nitroglycerin diameter of middle portion of LAD in diastole was 1.2 mm and diameter stenosis was 24%.
B, In systole, diameter of this portion was 0.9 mm and stenosis was 33%.
C, After nitroglycerin, dimension increased to 1.5 mm and stenosis was 11%.
D, Under these conditions, dimension became significantly narrowed to 0.4 mm and stenosis was 79% in systole.
