At the left-hand part of the tracing, there is upper track pacing at an irregular rate due to the atrial fibrillation. Automatic mode switch was programmed on (indicated by the triangles), and the pacemaker automatically mode switched (MS) to the DDIR mode. Note the prolonging of ventricular cycle Lengths after mode switch was activated.
