Ventricular pacing threshold in a patient can be calculated by holding thre pulse constant and automatically decreasing the voltage in 0.5-V decrements every four complexes. As shown ventricular pacing was maintained at 2.5 V but was inconsistent at 2.0 V . Therefore, the voltage threshold in this patient was 2.5 V at 0.5ms.
