Two examples of rapid elimination of pulmonary vein (PV) activity during sinus rhythm by radiofrequency (RF) delivery.
In both examples, within 3 to 4 beats after the onset of RF, PV activity (arrowhead) is seen to disappear;
LIPV = left inferior pulmonary vein;
LSPV = left superior pulmonary vein.
