A. Moderately severe aortic regurgitation appears as a moderately broad jet of turquoise, blue, orange, and red pixels (open arrows) that passes obliquely down the anterior mitral leaflet and well into the left ventricular cavity. Apical views showed extension of this jet to the cardiac apex.
